Download did not arrive

• Check spam, junk and promotions folders.
• Search for the checkout provider's receipt or delivery email.
• Confirm that the email address entered at checkout was correct.

ZIP or PDF will not open

Download the ZIP fully before opening it, then extract it using your device's Files app or archive utility. The contents use standard PDF files. Report the device, operating system and exact error message if the problem continues.

Information looks out of date

Send the page title, the detail that may have changed and the public source you checked. Time-sensitive transport, venue, price and opening information should always be verified live for the event date.
