Refund Policy

The guide is digital content supplied by download. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.

Cancellation and immediate download

Before a digital download begins, cancellation rights may apply. Where checkout asks you to request immediate access and acknowledge that the cancellation right may be lost once supply begins, access will start only after that acknowledgement.

Delivery or technical problems

Contact us if the file does not arrive, cannot be opened or is corrupted. We will first try to restore access or provide a working replacement. A refund may be provided where the problem cannot be resolved or where the law requires it.

Duplicate purchases and faulty content

Duplicate orders will be reviewed promptly. Your legal remedies for digital content that is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care are not affected by this policy.
