Budget, sourced

What does a concert night actually cost?

The ticket is the cost you already planned for. Parking, bag storage and the journey home are the ones that catch people out. Every figure below is checked against the venue's or TfL's own published price and dated — not estimated.

Wembley Stadium has no published official parking product at the time of writing — most people arrive by train. Check the event page before assuming a car park exists.

The three costs people forget

  • The bag you brought. A bag over the size limit doesn't get smaller at the door — it costs you storage, or it costs you the item.
  • The drive you didn't plan. ULEZ and parking are easy to forget when you booked the ticket months ago.
  • The night you stay over. A cheaper room loses its value fast if it needs an expensive last-minute journey at 23:00.
