Plan the return before the arrival

For a Thursday arena show, the useful question is not simply how to reach North Greenwich. It is which route still works after the show. Save your preferred journey and a backup that fails differently, such as a bus connection rather than another route that depends on the same Underground section.

Before you leave home

Load your mobile ticket in The O2 or AXS app while you still have a reliable connection, charge your phone and carry a small power bank if you need one. Check the event page, TfL status and your final connection home before you set off.

Keep your bag within the current venue rule and confirm that rule again before travelling, and agree a meeting point that does not depend on mobile signal. The venue advises checking exact show timings on the day, so do not build a tight arrival around an unofficial set-time prediction.

Food and entry

Choose food based on your real arrival window. With comfortable time, eat before joining the entrance flow; if you are delayed, choose a fast option and protect enough time for security. Food bought outside cannot be taken into the arena, and there is no general re-admission once your ticket has been scanned.

Ticket safety

The event page identifies AXS as the official ticketing partner and uses mobile ID for tickets bought through the venue or AXS. Follow the authorised resale guidance linked there rather than relying on a ticket screenshot.
