Where to eat at The O2 Arena: a quick pre-show food guide
How to eat well before a concert at The O2, from fast counters and chain restaurants on the concourse to calmer options nearby.

Match the food to your time, not your cravings
The biggest mistake people make eating at The O2 is choosing a restaurant before checking how much time they actually have. The closer it gets to doors, the more the queues build, so let timing be your first filter and the menu your second.
If you have two hours, a sit-down meal is realistic. Inside the final hour, prioritise speed and reliability over the perfect table.
Fast counters for a 15-20 minute meal
When the clock is tight, grab-and-go counters near the main flow are your friends: places like Marugame Udon for a quick noodle bowl, or chains such as Five Guys, GDK, Wasabi and Chipotle. You can eat in 15 to 20 minutes and still make doors comfortably.
The trade-off is that these are the closest to the entrance, so they also see the busiest queues right before the show. Order early rather than waiting for the rush.
Sit-down chains for groups
If the meal is part of the night, the concourse has familiar sit-down options. Busaba is handy for Thai sharing plates, Zizzi for pizza and pasta with bigger groups, All Bar One for a relaxed bistro-style meal, and Slug & Lettuce for bar food and drinks in one stop.
These fill up fast on event nights, so book ahead where you can or arrive early. Street Burger is a good middle ground if you want something quick but still sit-down.
Calmer options just outside
If you would rather avoid the busiest zone entirely, the wider Greenwich Peninsula has a food hall with rotating vendors, plus pubs and cafes a short walk from the dome. A supermarket meal deal is also a genuinely good shout when you want time control over a long booking.
Whatever you pick, finish food and drink before security, and remember that the on-site lineup and opening hours change over time. The full guide breaks down on-site dining, the food hall, meal-deal routes and review-backed picks in one place.
